    METAL ANALİZÖRLERİ

Handheld XRF Overview

In 2001 Innov-X introduced the first ever tube-based portable XRF analyzer. This non-destructive, cost-effective, and efficient method of testing has proven effective for more than 4,000 of our satisfied customers. Weighing just 3.3 lbs., these handheld instruments are an easy way to bring laboratory-grade analysis to your sample for on-site testing.

CLASSIC

Tests for up to 25 elements simultaneously. Ideal for RoHS, Alloys, solder and precious metals.

INSPECTOR

Tests for up to 11 elements simultaneously. Ideal for environmental RCRA analysis, EPA Method 6200, solder identification and quick lead checks.

IMPORT GUARD

Rapid, non-destructive screening for toxic metals in imported food and consumer products.

Lead Guard

LEAD GUARD

Economical solution for testing lead-containing paints.

ULTRA RUGGED

METALSCAN 1600 Series

  • Robust, portable and powerful
  • Low-cost and easy to set up and use
  • Ideal for metals sorting, checking and PMI
  • Upgradable from single-base to multibase
  • Runs with Arun's SPARCS software

The Metalscan 1650 is a revolutionary portable metals analyzer designed to give rapid semi-quantitative analysis and grade identification of metals on-site. Its use of advanced CCD array detector technology makes the Metalscan 1650 extremely flexible. The spectrometer is small and is mounted in the hand-held probe, which enables the operator to perform checks up to 30 meters away from the control unit.
The Metalscan 1650 can be supplied as a single-base or multibase instrument, using the same hardware. Extra bases can be added without any hardware changes, making upgrades easy and low-cost. A addition to the 1600 series, the Metalsort 1610 delivers consistent sorting capability across no less than ten base metals. Yet, thanks to its tried-and-tested technology, this portable, compact and robust instrument is virtually maintenance-free and highly competitively priced.
As a tool for scrap sorting and identifying, incoming quality control, outgoing quality control, PMI (Positive Material Identification) and for checking material grades in plant maintenance and repair, the Metalscan 1600 series is the right choice.

METALSCAN 2500 Series

  • Compact, desk-top spectrometer
  • Touch activated colour LCD screen
  • Low-cost, robust, high performance
  • Enhanced optics for measurement of C, S & P
  • Ideal for foundry, process control and quality systems
  • Easy to install, simple to use
  • Runs with Arun's SPARCS software

The Metalscan 2500 series is a range of revolutionary desktop metals analyzers, designed to give high precision analysis on-site in the foundry and engineering industries of the world. It offers laboratory precision analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. Its use of advanced CCD detector array technology makes it extremely flexible. An integral liquid crystal colour screen with touch operation makes the use of the instrument simple for all levels of personnel.
The Metalscan 2500 series offers laboratory precision analysis of metals in a small, robust, low-cost and easy to use package. The version for materials which do not require the analysis of Sulphur and Phosphorous such as Aluminium alloys or Zinc alloys, is the Metalscan 2550. Additionally the Metalscan 2560 incorporates an argon flushed spectrometer with a high sensitivity CCD detector so that it is especially suitable for the analysis of light elements such as sulphur, carbon and phosphorous. Although primarily designed for the analysis of iron-based metals, the Metalscan 2560 is equally at home analysing non-ferrous metals as well. Any combination of calibrations can be supplied in one instrument.
The Metalscan 2500 series can be supplied as single-base or multibase instruments using the same hardware. Extra bases can be added without any hardware changes as analytical lines are selected by software.
As a production tool in the foundry, as a low-cost back-up to your conventional laboratory spectrometer, or as a laboratory spectrometer in its own right, the Metalscan 2500 series is the right choice.
